I approach mediation not merely as a procedural step, but as a structural method that enables parties to manage disputes in a more controlled, predictable, and less exhausting way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Particularly in disputes arising from commercial relationships, contracts, and technically complex matters, I adopt an approach that evaluates the parties' genuine interests, legal positions, and practical resolution possibilities together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not every dispute ends in settlement. However, a properly conducted process allows parties to assess their legal risks as well as their time and cost burdens more rationally. I carry out my mediation practice with this understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
